Cellulose operon Cmcax and CcpAx - Improvment of part BBa_K2804010
This part is an improvement of BBa_K3605006. Just a His Tag was added. Cmcax and ccpAX are ancillary proteins in the cellulose operon of Komagataeibacter xylinus. The endo-beta-1,4-glucanase ß-Galactosidase (CmcAx) and the endoglucanase (ccpAX) hydrolyze tangled glucan fibers when the chains arrange wrong.
